DESCRIPTION
Antimix® Cs is a novel antimicrobial copolymer combining chitosan and polylysine, offering excellent water solubility, biocompatibility, and broad-spectrum antimicrobial and clarifying abilities. It is especially effective for the natural preservation and clarification of beverages, particularly in the pH range of 4.5–7.5.
